What do you mean by a good leader ?

According to me a good leader is a person who actually works for the betterment of society along with this his work shows very long lasting effect. A GOOD LEADER IS THAT WHO CHERISHES AND MAKES EVERY ASPECT OF SOCIETY PROSPEROUS FOR VERY LONG TIME. For example chhtrapati shivaji maharaj..

Along with their life and their work we will know what characteristics a good leader must have….

1. The  Emperor chhtrpati shivaji..

Born to a Maratha sardar shahajiraje bhosale and jijabai in a very rich family but always kept contact with common people…this down to earth nature made him a hindu king in Islamic india…

In his teenage he kept his friendship with common poor people which are called as MAWALE in Marathi.. due to this he was much aware of the problems of common people..knowing the ground reality is the most important characteristic of a good leader.this makes him more different than any other leader in the world.

With support of poor and very common people shivaji established his kingdom in a very less period of 5 years with very less money and weapons.. being a part of AADILSHAHI he itself formed his own hindawi swarajya… from zero to direct hero jump .. using clever tactics while war time and for prevailing over many fort bearers..

During war with Mughals shivaji took a step back and signed few forts in parley. This shows that a leader at very critical situation must act with peace of mind.

During visit to Mughal darbar at AGRA fort , shivaji was trapped by Mughals but later using his intellectual powers he anyhow rescued from Mughal chhawani and returned to Maharashtra..  even historians of west say that this was the masterstroke of shivaji raje.. it shows how immense talent he used in this dying condition.. it one of the most necessary characteristicof a good leader.. without a drop of blood.all his soldiers were rescued….

After that he helped king chhatrasal of bundelkhand who was father of mastani bai.. shivaji inspired prince chhatrsal to reunite his people and reform his kingdom of bundelkhand..it shows the broad view of raja shivaji..he was not only king of Maharashtra but had given a view to bring our own country under the rule of natives..

Shivaji ruled in 5 states at the end of his life so he was leader of nation..

For Marathi language he did a lot..  at that time due to Mughal rules there were 50% arebic and farsi words in Marathi to prevent this shivaji raje  created RAJYAWYAWHARKOSH  using which Marathi again got its lost status with increased usage of Sanskrit words ….  A king works for language of people is uniquely seen…

For economy and farmers he must be remembered the economic growth of shivaji rules area was 4times the current GDP of USA. There was happiness in agri sector as the farmers were getting their due.. there is a letter to authorities by king shivaji in which he writes following in Marathi…-  शेतकऱ्याच्या हक्काच्या भाजीच्या देठालाही तुम्ही हात लावता कामा नये. It shows his eye on very minute aspect of society..which makes him best in all….

Also there was many dalit workers in shivaji raje”s  service ..which indicates that there was no untouchability in the shivaji era..

If we type FATHER OF INDIAN NAVY in google then it shows shivaji raje name there.. he captured the evil eye of firangis that is britishers in 1960s so to fight against him he established AARMAR  which was the navy force of marathas… its that navy which was helpful to Indians due to which almost for 200 years western coast of india remain in safe zone..its a very much highlighting work of king shivaji….

The judiciary in shivaji rule was very strict … for women atrocities there was capital punishment to death.. Explaining to this RANZECHA PATIL is a good story of Maratha history..

म्हणूनच माझ्या मते एक चांगला आणि खरा नेता तोच असतो जो समाजाच्या ,लोकांच्या एकूणच पूर्ण जीवनाच्या प्रत्येक पैलूला स्पर्श करून समाजाची उन्नती करवून घेतो ..आणि एक राष्ट्रव्यापी चळवळ म्हणून वेळेच्या अंतापर्यंत एक आंदोलन म्हणून ती उरवून ठेवतो ...... छत्रपती शिवाजी राजा नंतर संभाजी राजे , थोरले बाजीराव पेशवे , अहिल्यादेवी होळकर ,राणी लक्ष्मिबाई ,राजा छत्रसाल , ग्वाल्हेरचे शिंदे, वडोद्र्याचे गायकवाड ,नागपूरचे भोसले ,तंजावरचे भोसले यांनीं मिळून हिंदवी स्वराज्याचे स्वप्न साकार केले . पाकिस्तानच्या पेशावरपासून बंगालपर्यंत आणि गुजरातच्या बडोद्यापासून ते तामिल्नादुपार्यंत मराठी भगव्या ध्व्व्जाचा जरीपटका या देशावर फडकला...तो केवळ आणि केवळ ...शिवाजी शिवाजी आणि शिवाजी या एका आंदोलनामुळे.....

गेली ६० वर्षे देशात कॉंग्रेस राज होते कोणीही एक कुटुंब आणि एकच पक्ष याच्या चाकोरीच्या बाहेर विचारही करू शकत नव्हत पण ....आम्हा मराठी लोकांमध्ये शिवाजी नावाचे राष्ट्रव्यापी बीज जिवंत होते म्हणूनच ....  नागपुरात केशव हेडगेवारांनी शिवाजी राजांचा इतिहास वाचूनच संघाची स्थापना केली तसेच बाळासाहेबांनी मुंबई मध्ये शिवसेनेची ..आज आमची मुंबई देशाची अर्थव्यवस्था सांभाळते तर नागपूरने थेट दिल्ली काबीज करण्याचा रस्ताच बनवून दिला..... या देशाला स्वत्व मिळवून देण्याचा एक विचार म्हणजेच शिवाजी ......  आपली भाषा देश धर्म अर्थव्यवस्था या सर्व बाबींना समृद्ध करणे हा विचार धारण करून त्याला प्रत्यक्षात उतरवणे हेच खर्या नेत्याचे महत्त्वाचे लक्षण होय...आणि ते मराठी लोकांमध्ये निश्चितच आहे.... नाहीतर कुठल्या राज्यातल्या स्त्रिया अहिल्या आणि राणी लक्ष्मी बाई बनून उत्तर भारतात लढायला गेल्या?

कोणीही संपूर्ण समाजाचा विचारच केला नाही आपापली राज्ये सांभाळ लीत काहींना तर तेही जमत नाही... पण या व्यतिरिक्त देशाला भाजप नावाचा एक सशक्त विकल्प दिला...

या सगळ्या गोष्टीच श्रेय जात ते शिवछत्रपतींना ...
