“How you can engage community for your cause? “
As we all are
human society and we walk through the common stations of human behaviour which
includes emotions, expressing yourself, creation, regeneration, and most known
and important that is public discourse. We are human society and we have a way
to communicate with the other member of this same society which is public or
private discourse, simply talking with people or establishing conversation with
them. A community is defined as a group of people having excellent mutual communicative
understanding and relations or group of people having healthy mutual discourse
or conversational relations. So ultimately to engage people for any cause we
need to have proper communicative mannerism which will form good relations.
For my cause if I have to
engage people then I must have a good communicative setup. It can be my writing
, way to advertise what I have to convey , endorsement methodology , some true
examples of my work which has benefitted people , and such many more qualities
anyone will need to convince people or community so that to engage them with
our cause. If my cause is serving the poor
class and if I have to engage people in this cause then firstly I have to keep
my view and work exactly in front of my community so that they can understand
the cause. Then I have to take them to the beneficiaries to ensure that my
cause is doing its best for them. I have to show my devotion to the community
for engaging them with me. Also the complete system has to show its efficiency
and truthfulness for the cause. In this way we can engage community for our
cause.
If I am a leader who has got
responsibility to manage a particular constituency for the upcoming elections
and for that I need to implant my chain of workers so that my party can exist at
a good level. Initially I have to show my love and affection for the local
community and also I will start building up my innocent image in the eyes of
people or community. Organising youth discussion forums to discuss about
problems of constituency will be a starting effective program. After this doing
small stage programs on social topics where I will keep my views through very
effective speeches and slogans. This will definitely engage community because I
have made them sure that it is there problem and need too. Giving the promises
of new policies and decisions to ensure the fulfilment of their needs. This is
also an effective way to engage people for our cause.
For example if I have to run a non-profit
organisation and I need to engage society people for it then I have to start
forming public relationships which will give me and my work a recognition. Also
this will help to make many people aware about the work that is going on. I can
use my familiar colony people and youth friends to increase this chain. Also I must
make them assure about that the work they are doing is beneficiary for them
also. Organising local camps and awareness campaigns is also an effective way
to get community people with you. Events setting is also a very good option
which can connect people. We should use threads or stories in real life of
community to attain their attraction.
Engaging people
for a certain cause can be accelerated through modern ways of communication. They
all include social media marketing platforms, business cards, pamphlets and
leaflets, attractive advertisements and unique ways to endorse the topic for
which we want to connect people. The Facebook has become an effective way to promote
such activities. Using Whats App and messaging through phone is also a good way
to engage community for your cause. Attractive banners and effective writing or
content is a best way to connect community with the cause. Nowadays effective content
writing is also a proper way of spreading information which can attract people
to get engaged with the cause.
In all the above mentioned ways of
communication, marketing, advertising and endorsing and direct contact we can
engage community for our cause.
